of plans and inclusions we specialise in custom designed and built homes that represent
excellent value for money. We provide clients with a fixed-price contract and are completely
upfront about costs and inclusions. We believe a client’s new home or renovation should be as

don’t turn our phones off on Friday afternoon - we are always available to take calls and

How much will a new home cost?

As we don’t have standard plans or packages we don’t advertise set prices, however a good
indication of an approximate starting price when budgeting for your new home is around $1000
(including GST) per square metre for a simple floor layout with standard fittings and inclusions.
Some of our standard inclusions are security screens, grey tinted windows, rainwater tank &
pump, and on-site treatment plant (for non-sewered properties).
This base price will obviously increase depending on a number of factors such as soil test
results, site conditions and any excavation costs required to prepare the site, additional
planning/development requirements from local councils, the complexity of your design and the
grade of inclusions (for example stone bench tops as opposed to laminate). However, this will
always be communicated and fully explained to you before making decisions and signing a
contract. We allow a great deal of flexibility and work tirelessly with our clients to ensure they
achieve the desired results while remaining within their budget.
